I've reigned in my emotions for the most part, and the physical withdrawals have almost completely dissolved. I occasionally have small panic attacks, but I am able to calm myself down. I don't pride myself on quick recoveries because I know I won't always bounce back as quickly, and I definitely appreciate it now.
