The half marathon is in just over a week. I just remembered to be scared again. I've only trained up to 10 miles because I just haven't had the time to do more. Apparently that's all most people train to so hopefully I'll be fine. Eeek!

10 miles is plenty to do in training. advice from a runner... pace yourself well at the start, do not get caught up with the hype of the group at the start. keep ypur own training pace and if you are feeling good in the last 5k open up and let go. drink plenty early on, and enjoy it. the training is done just go and do it! you got a time in mind?
