So you basically have to tie me down to keep me still! Sometimes I'm into that ;), but currently I'm supposed to rest.
So I did what anyone would do when told to stay home and rest........went shopping.
Came back with wayyyyyy too many panties than anyone needs, but sexy underwear always makes me feel better about myself.
Can anyone suggest how I slowly get back into the gym routine?!?
On a positive note, radiation is being weened down. Only 3 times a week now!!!!?

Bodyweight exercises might be a good start. Body weight squats ,lunges and push ups can give you one hell of a workout. And you can do them anywhere.

If you don't like yourself, you can do burpees. *shudder* If you feel like ending it all, do them with weights.
