Just joined twitter because of a midnight tweet up at the yoga studio Saturday night... I had no idea what I was getting myself into.

The class was completely random and hilarious. The energy in the room was amazing. It began with the wedding march... (huh?) Then, we danced it up for I Got a Feeling, got Low, Low, Low with our booty shaking chair poses, rocked out our downward dogs with Dirrty, flowed with the Titanic instrumental and did warrior/goddess poses with MJ flair during Smooth Criminal. I've never heard music so loud in a yoga studio before!

We did laughing meditation, threw in some trance dance and ass-kicking core... One of the teachers even sang us a song that he wrote that day. To end off the night we all sang Hallelujah. It was beautiful.

All in all an awesome event thanks to a great community. I love you all.




On top of that, SGBC is filled with really cool people. It was great meeting those of you that made it out on Friday!
