Little late in writing this up, but I've been busy busy at work. Caught the 7:48 train to Glasgow friday night to stay at the Hilton Grosvenor hotel, rather old building, but really nice. Headed across the road to where my cousin lives for champagne and nibbles, always feel afraid drinking with the rich side of the family, so the nerves and bubbles had me quite away. Shuffled back to the hotel around 12:30ish, where I promptly was kept awake all night by a bloody tapping sound. 7:30 in the morning I dragged myself out of bed to head into the centre to the mens store where I got a wet shave, manacure, eyebrow wax and haircutt. How secure in my sexuality am I? Heh, I enjoyed the wet shave, something oddly calming about a women running a cutt throat blade down your face. After the terribly creepy nail and brow tidy I sat down in the chair and asked for a slight trim and tidy, whereupon the "nice" lady who was doing my hair chopped most of it off. Walked out of the store so depressed that I barely noticed the freezing cold on my now exposed neck, now I notice it all the time. Not nice. The wedding itself took place in the Oran Mor, which certainly seems a nice place. Due to the aforementioned nerves around the rich side I refrained from drinking the free champagne that was flowing freely until after dinner, presuming I could keep myself in line better until everyone was too drunk to notice. However this backfired on me, as by the time I started drinking the free stuff was gone, and for a JD with coke it cost 3.15. Ouch. I did manage to get mildly intoxicated, but my wallet certainly felt the sting.

I think we're staying somewhere in the centre but we're not gona be joining the hoards of people solely there for the drugs. We're going for the sights and museums and things
We'll be staying on a botel though! Half boat, half hotel. Haha.
Yeh, it is really nice to be wet shaved by a nice lady. I know what you mean
I'm not too sure about the eyebrow wax though...?
I've had a manicure and my nails painted before though. That was fun.
That C. W. McCall song is gona be stuck in my head for ages now. It's very catchy but somehow slightly unsettling
