Hey people, how is it going?
I'm doing just fine, my sister birthday is tomorrow and we are looking forward to a good time with friends.
But the big news was yesterday's party, oh boys and girls, what a party. You see, is not every year that your sports team wins everything, and I mean everything (I know, i know, most of you dont like sorts, but give this boy a break, pretty please?). News said there were 1 million, that's right, 1 million people out there on the parade, or La Rua as they call it here.
I skipped the parade and went straight into the stadium, which happens to be the magnificent Nou Camp (biggest stadium in Europe, 8th in the world). The atmosphere was just amazing, banners and scarfs everywhere, non-stop chanting till the team arrived, music, fireworks, and to top it all i got to share it with my sister and my mother (her first time at the stadium). It was just freaking amazing, for a Bara supporter like me this is like a big dream coming true, winning The Treble, being in Barcelona and being able to go to the stadium to celebrate it, it was just a magical night, the kind that i can tell my sons and grandsons or daughters and grandaughters about.
I just hope from the bottom of my heart that each one of you get to spend such a magical evening, being sports, music, movies, sex or whataver it is you enjoy, like this one, I tell you my friends, it will give you a memory that will last for eternity, pretty much like this Treble and this team.
