Hmm...it has been a while since I posted here but it seems that I probably could have vanished without a trace and nobody would have been like "I wonder what happened to...uh..."
+ The trip home was great! The new nephew is amazing, watching my sister and brother-in-law was a real world-shaking event as to the fact that they now have a family. Crazy. It was good seeing the parents and my granny. Ate a ton of good food and drank myself stupid, especially one night.
+ Managed to see Mastadon, Converge, The Bronx, Black Cobras, Electric Elyesium and Acid King in the last 10 days or so. All really freakin' blew my mind and have me rethinking about the shows! Saturday is Spank Rock, which should be a good time.
+ Ran in a 5K run with illstabyou -- it was a benefit for Big Brothers. Something like 3000 people showed up and they raised about $400K! I finished the run at 23 minutes and came in 25th place. Not bad
+ Had more work done on the tattoo, but it was mostly black fill and not exciting enough to photograph. More work will happen on the 29th, so expect some photos then.
+ Currently watching the second season of "Lost"...damn show's ruining my life again! Luckily this weekend is going to be shitty out, so I now have a real excuse for not doing anything more than planting my ass on the couch and watching all that I can.
and...no news on the lady front. I have a date tonight but don't have much hopes for that one. I hate to say it but I think I'm becoming a bit NYC jaded on ever forming any kind of "relationship"...or even really finding anyone.

if i had any hot single friends, i'd recommend ya. as it stands, all the hot ones are taken. and all the single ones are guys who may or may not qualify as hot.
