Age...no shit....check it out...it really is ALL in the mind. I know 16 year olds that couldn't climb a rope in gym class and I've known 70 year old guys who could cut down trees and pull their own row boats out of the water, seriously, the body may not be about the years but the mileage, but the heart and soul, we really do get a renewal plan for those...unless that dementia shit creeps up, then its just best to pretend you took to many shrooms and just grip the floor.
