probably the best thing i've seen in quite some time.
i guess the buzz around the movie is going pretty strong again. i would shit a brick if that movie ever comes out.
hey there everybody. been a little while since i've been around on the site. these things happen. i've been captain lazy for the past month or so. i guess the biggest reason/big news for this is that i got fired. or "let go" as it was explained to me. but yeah, i'm currently contributing to the nations unemployed population. as i've been bitching about for the better part of the past 2 years, i really hated my job and have been looking for something new for a little while now. my disinterest in the job and my desire to leave finally caught up with me and a couple tuesdays ago it bit me in the ass. and to be completly honest about the whole situation, i could not be happier. it was such a relief knowing all the bullshit that i was not going to have to deal with anymore. it was kind of a bummer getting fired, i don't think anyone ever wants that to happen. and i would have much rather left on my own terms and had something else waiting in the wings. but i can deal with that much easier than dealing with that fucking job any longer. it turned out to be a pretty good time for it to happen. i've got a good bit of money set aside, megan is making some good money since her promotion, and since i was let go i can collect unemployment for a bit.
needless to say i've been catching up on some sleep. and it's been nice. hard to believe, but it's close to 6 months since i've smoked any weed, so i've got that going for me, don't have to worry about failing any tests if they come up. i've had a few interviews already and have been more than busy online job hunting. i'm really glad it happened and know in the long run that it's going to be something looked back on as a good thing.
so what else is going on? here's something i've been thinking about lately. i keep seeing these shows on discover and a&e and similar channels where this dipshit guy gets dropped off in the middle of absolute nowhere and proves how tough/stupid he is by surviving the elements and eating snakes and trees. survivor man and man vs. wild, stuff like that. granted, i would never be able to pull this off and these guys survival skills are amazing. the thought i keep having is that no matter how extreme the condition is, i am way more impressed by the camera man. because this guy is doing the exact same thing as the tough survivor man and recording it all at the same time. how come we never hear about the camera man. a great unjust to tough guy camera men worldwide.
i say this with a smidge of sarcasm, but does anyone else think the world is about to explode? with all the earthquakes and fires and cyclones and crazy shit over the past month or so i kind of think we're about a 2 disasters away from the end. california falling into the ocean or something.
in the basketball world, i really thought that the Cavs had a chance of beating the Celtics. and i'm positive they would have if Lebron hadn't fallen into that slump for the first 4 games. at least now my beloved Pistons have a chance to knock the Celtics off. and i'm pretty sure they will. as far as the west goes, those stupid fucking Spurs better lose. i think i hate that team more every year. at this very moment, the Lakers are beating them up pretty good, so i'm pretty sure they'll take that series. i think we're going to see a rematch of the finals a few years back, Lakers vs. Pistons. i'd enjoy that.
about a week or so ago one of the sexiest things i've ever scene on this site occurred. just in case you missed it:
it took awhile, but that set finally topped my previous "hottest mutli-set" of all time. there's just no denying it. and it makes my head explode thinking about the pictures that were probably too racy for the site. i'm sure there were a few. and if there weren't, the ones in my head will do just fine. 
gonna bring this thing to an end. got to get ready for another tough day tomorrow. i've got some sleeping in to do and a RockBand filled day to prepare for.
