so this morning i was looking around in the cupboards and found a mix for lemon meringue pie. i heart pie of all kinds. i immediately asked mother if we had any pie shells (as i was way too lazy to make my own) but we didn't. i did find a package of tart shell. i asked my sister to make me lemon meringue tarts, but she said no. so i did it myself. and i'm happy to say they turned out very nicely
