Current Music: Atreyu - The Curse
...so it seems that i havn't updated in quite some time.....and there have been grand times since last i did.
firstly, i got over that horrible cold, i was sick for like two weeks.....but then i got better. yay me
then it was my best friend's birthday, and i went to kitchener to visit him and the boys for a celebratory drink. we had a few at his place, then went to some bar in waterloo, kinda dirty, $5 cover, cheap drinks, but the beer was kinda warm. then back to his place, played some video games, and then everyone, except for myself was asleep, me being nocturnal and all, i had a hard time sleeping that night, i got maybe an hour and a half, then i stayed up all the next day with them and went to see the movie hostage with andrew and his girlfriend, we met up with adam and his girlfriend there. it was a good movie, some randome girl was sitting beside me and clutching my shoulder at all the "scary" parts.
this weekend just past i worked thursday night, i never work thursdays, but it was an optional night for everyone because technicall once it hit midnight it was good friday, so we'd be working for 7 hours on a stat holliday. ....the $25/hour convinced me to sign up.
on friday i went to bed early, because i was told by my friends that they were having a party at my place, as everyone would be home for the weekend and we could have everyone together again. i was expecting to be woken up early, and told my family that it would be ok to wake me up anytime after 4:00....i slept till 8 and still nobody was around. i thought that nobody was gonna show...and just as i was sitting down at my computer, about to sign in to msn and see if anyone was there, melissa and monica walked through my front door (nobody knocks at my house, everyone just walks in, it's nice that everyone is comfortable enough to do it) soon enough everyone was here, i finally met monica's boyfriend, she's just 20, he's almost 30 and has a two year old daughter, but it's her choice, if it's what she wants to do, who am i to tell her otherwise. a few people stayed the night, and again, me being nocturnal, i didin't sleep. the last of them was out by 5:30, at which point i went on msn and played minesweeper till they started to wake around 9:30, then i made pancakes and muffins for breakfast, and when everyone was gone again, i went to bed.
i'm blonde again, i was blonde all through high school, then i started dying my hair dark, blue but almost black, the box said "deepest indigo" i liked it. so when i was bleaching my hair yesterday, i put the stuff in, and i waited, and when i washed it out, it turned out that my roots had bleached nicely, but the ends of my hair where it had been dyed dark, still dark. i had to drive to a drugstore and get more bleach. it was getting later in the day, so i went to bed and fixed it when i woke up last night before work....it's all better now
and ya, that's been my few weeks. toodles!
