it's almost been a month since my last post. i'm getting very bad at this.

things have been looking up with work. i've been given fork lift training. technically i'm not a driver on our shift yet, but i've been doing it anyways for the last couple weeks. there's a couple big changes going to be made with people moving around and that's when i'm officially going to be a driver. and i'll get the raise. we've had new people start. one guy lasted till lunch on his first day then quit. another one went home on our first break and was never seen again. there's three other guys that have been there for a couple weeks now. i'm driving one of them home from work every night, he's giving me $25 a week to drop him off at a set of lights i pass by every day anyways. i'd say that's a pretty sweet deal on my part.

my weekends have been pretty good. i always seem to find something to do. mostly head over to the country club and get drunk or something. this weekend was meishka's and jawsh's birthdays. i went straight to the party after work on friday. it's been soooo long since since i've partied with those guys. i missed them all. i had a great time. we spent most of saturday watching movies and stuff. we had a little arts and crafts time where we made a helmet with the top of a pineapple on the top and an electrical tape chin strap with a turkey baster attached to it and i wore it for an hour or so before it got really uncomfortable. deevon made some pornographic buttons for people. later in the day when we were getting ready to go to the bar most of us guys shaved and whatnot. (i cut my mohawk back a couple weeks ago) i shaved my face and got deevon to help me bic the back of my head. it felt great to have the hair gone from the sides of my head again. we went to phils that night. i met my friend melissa there too. she's always fun to hang out with. early at the bar i tipped one of the bartenders pretty well and she made me doubles all night. most of my friends in the particular group of my friends don't have any money, so every time i went to get myself a drink, i got another one to give to someone else too. i'm nice like that. i was very drunk by the time we got back to pat & scottie's place where we crashed that night. we had pitas too....if i recall correctly i bought one for meishka aswell.

the weekend before there was a party at my friend melissa's house in waterloo. i tried very hard not to make out with this girl at the party, a friend of mine brought her and he's got a thing for her, but she's not interested. we came close, a couple of times, it was hard work, but i didn't put my tongue in her mouth. other than that the party was awesome. i got to see a bunch of people i havn't seen in a while. good times for sure.

oh! and i got to hang out with Martini again a few weeks ago! i missed that girl. we had lunch, then saw a movie, then we picked up her sister and went out to oshawa to see michy kick some roller derby ass. i definitely have to party with her more often again.

what else have i been up to.......

i sat down with a girl and had a good conversation with her that i've been wanting to have for a very long time. i've mentioned her before. one of my best friends for years that's i've had a crush on for even longer than i've really known. we kinda hooked up one night a couple months ago and things got a little weird. then it was like it never happened and we both ignored it. but it was something that's been in the back of my head for a while. we finally talked about it and things are a lot better now, i think. at least i know how she feels about everything now. that's got to be good.

that's about it really. i got myself on the guest list for the toronto gala this year. so for everyone attending, i will see you there
