my weekend was alright. thursday i revised my resume and didn't really get a whole lot of sleeping done. i woke up at 10:00 that night and figured i'd try to go to bed before the sun came up again and wake up sometime around 12:00 so i could go job hunting in the afternoon. i ended up falling asleep a lot earlier than i had planned and woke up again at 4:00 in the morning. i should have napped before going to guelph, but i didn't. and i didn't have much luck with the job hunting either. when i got home from guelph i figured i'd go on msn and see if anything was going on friday night. i talked with meishka for a while and ended up going to bed at 9:30. i slept for 12 hours, i really needed it. and saturday i went to visit my friends in kitchener, it was my friend mike's birthday so we had a little shin-dig at his place. i brought beer, but after like 3 i really didn't feel like drinking anymore, i don't know why, i just wasn't feeling it. and i stayed up with the guys till 4:00 in the morning, napped on the couch till 9:00 ish and came home. and i didn't sleep well sunday afternoon either. i'm looking forward to being off nights. and as it turns out, i'm odne 2 days earlier than i thought
in my resignation i gave them till friday the ninth, but as it turns out i'm scheduled off thursday and friday that week, so the night of the seventh is really my last. and i didn't really want to tell too many people at work about it, but as it turns out the store manager doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut and now just about everyone knows because he decided to talk to me about it in front of everyone at our beginning of the night meeting. and i don't really have much else to say, i think i'm going to stay up later tommorow afternoon, do a little more job hunting in guelph. and if i don't get enough sleep, i'll call in sick. it's not like they're gonna fire me, they're begging me to stay

however, SOME people do not have the luxury of a car with a wikid system to keep us busy.. i need my music when i'm on the bus.. in class before it starts.. in the library.. walking anywhere.. basically i am a nervous/anti-social person and if i didn't have music on me at all times i would probably freak out and commit myself.. haha..

lemme think... theres a place in waterloo you could probaby get hired, but then you'd have to drive back and forth and I'm not sure if you're up for that. You could try applying at value village. Not the best job, but you get benefits after working there for a year. I know there's factory work here, I don't remember the names of the places, but if you do a quick search I'm sure it would be easy enough to find out. The vinyl and shadow seem to be the less uppity bars around here, and the jimmy jazz. If I hear of anything I'll let you know...
