the doctor had to make 15 incisions into my eyeball for almost two hours.
i almost lost my eye, but the doctor was a miracle-worker.
i had to be conscious through it all and i almost had a heart attack from the pain.
they had to give me so much anesthetic that my kidneys shut down for a little while.
it was touch and go....
