i don't tell my friends in real life that i have a blog...
most people i know think that blogging is a inane thing...
not sure why but i hear it all the time about how silly it is to have a myspace/live journal etc... i feel like i'm safe from their scorn on SG because most of them are too cheap to pay to blog (actually i really don't the money either)
at first i thought that it was a age thing... most people my age don't blog (unless it's a political blog)... so i felt that blogging was something my generation wasn't hip to...
but latley i've been hearing bad words form the generation that blogs the most (Generation Why?... i think that's what they are calling the kids these days something)...
i wonder why?
anyone have any ideas why this could be?

missellie:
I think it could have something to do with the general anti-emo feeling. Blogging is almost as important to the emo crowd as slanty fringes and black hoodies and since there is such an irrational dislike of the poor emo kids blogging gets tarred with the same brush, Y'know?
