What an eventful day, sweet, wonderful, and leading back to the path of kingliness.
A special thanks to the very special and beautiful Nurse_Mengele and her Stud the Spiked one for making my second evening home phenomenal. I got to look at awesome pics of the nurse (from this last bound), eat pizza, smoke, and get my laundry folded. They are awesome people, and i really do love the both of them dearly. It was great not being home alone yet again. Thanks guys.
This morning was spent at the local VA hospital, and things went well. I am feeling a great deal better, stronger, clear minded and not as tired as the last few weeks. The procedure is kicking ass and taking names apparently, but it is still way early to be making that assumption. I think the positive power of the mind is an awesome thing, and even if this is a simple placebo type effect, its still very nice.
Some of you guys emailed me and asked what i was having done and why, and its all good, i am not ashamed nor embarrassed that you asked, and it tells me that you care enough to want to know, so here it is in a nutshell.
I gots me some leukemia, and the great green army machine is making me better via volunteering for some radical non-super invasive alternatives to chemo and radiation treatments. These are of course experimental type treatment programs, but i hate the chemo, and would rather face the unknown and help out others, than rot with the chemo and know what it does to me. So, i got the surgery which basically boils down to having medicated filament put all thru my body. This filament will dissolve over time, releasing the medicine as it dissolves. The meds are cancer fighting, and instead of taking the great doses of chemo, and getting ill and weak, this stuff isnt near as bad, and works just as hard, and it eliminates going to the hospital weekly/bi-weekly to be poisoned. I love it.
So, i am getting better, will be strong, healthy, and my usual obnoxious self in no time
Oh, the nurses sent me the picture, which there is no way in hell i am going to post, if you want to see it, you have to swing by the house or ask me nicely to email it to you. I am such an uber-geek.
Much love to you caring peeps that love me back.
