When you were younger, did you ever hear (and love) a song that was just cool, but your life at the time was in a position that you could not relate to what the artist was trying to get across? Then many years and life trials later, you heard it and it just means so much more than it did in your youth?
Music is so powerful, and the emotions that it can bring to the surface of even life hardened fools like myself is amazing. I dunno, maybe i am getting soft in my old age, or its the fact that in many ways i cannot effectively say what i feel inside, and when i hear this one song in particular, it not only says what i feel, it says what i really need to hear, and that is where the double whammy really can bring you to your knees.
If you answered yes to the above question, post the song that moves you the most here, or if you are shy (heh heh) email me, i am just curious.
Much love munchkins,
