I haven't really given much up about myself since I've been on SG, so I thought I'd begin with one of my greatest interests.....martial arts.
Ive studied a karate based freestyle called Zen Do Kai and muay thai for 10 years, in the last 3 years I've taken up kali escrima, boxing, krav maga and silat. I have a keen interest in kali escrima as its largely based around weaponry, knives, sticks and staffs.
These photo's were taken at a bike show demo I've been actively involved with for about 5 years, this was the first time I did a knife demo, I usually do a women's self defence so I was heaps nervous!
My awesome demo partner Pauly, slightly injured afterwards even though these knives aren't live blades his skin was broken in places from my nervous force!
