So I was told by a little birdy to blog a little bit about myself other than what I put in my profile front. Well, there really isn't too much to me. In my own words, I'm friendly, good hearted, fun, loud, can be raunchy at times, flirty, sensative, blunt...well...ok, I'll do a better job here...
I'm a 34, soon to be 35 (in October) year old Mom of 2 beautiful girls ages 7 & 15 and also the wife of a very loving and supporting husband of soon to be 8 years (in November). We've known each other for the past 16-17 years and have been part of each others lives for pretty much that whole time whether we wanted to be or not. Fate seems to always shove us in each others direction. We met about 16 1/2 years ago on a blind date and dated for less than a year, split up and always seemed to run into each other no matter where we were, then bam! we were back together and here we are married with children! LOL!
My name is Kim, only my mom really calls me Kimberlee, and that was when I was or (still) am in trouble. My nicknames are Kimmie & Kimber. Some random people call me Kimberlee and I let them get away with it because I don't like the drama! I work in construction. Sometimes in the field and 1/2 the time in the office. I run the office as well! It's fun being the only gal out there but it's stressful at times too. I know, this is hard to believe...but, many men do not like to have women walking in thier domain (or so they think it is) telling them how to do things and when to do them...so it gets stressful at times.
When I'm not working and doing my mommy things like driving kids to cheerleading, movies, boys houses, girlfriends houses, to the pool, to school...I LOVE LOVE LOVE to make jewelry. I had make most everything I wear and am proud of the little I can make, but I'm still learning every day! I also like to be outside and go walking with the hubbie & kids as much as possible. We love to go to Starved Rock (in Illinois) to hike. It's beautiful and we love just to be in nature. It's nice to get away from all the mainstream and traffic sometimes.
I love animals! I (we) currently have 2 snakes; a pueblan milk snake named Ringo & an albino corn snake named Raff, 1 rabbit named Serenity, 2 cats; 1 named Snickers & 1 named Kohl and last but not least a puppy who just came into our lives named Karma. I'd love to have more. We plan on getting more snakes and a couple lizzards soon.
I have 8 tat's. One on my right bicept (tribal), one on my right forarm (a snake), one above my left breast (tribal), one on my right shoulder blade (heart with barbed wire and my oldest daughters name above it), 2 on my lower back (roses and an outline of a gecko to be covered up with a dragon sometime), one on my left ankle (black widow) and one on my right ankle/shin/leg (flower vine). I would love to get more...but money is an issue most of the time.
This year has been quite eventfull. I had surgery at the beginning of the year preventing me from having any more children. No sooner did I begin to heal from that my husband and I were in a pretty bad car accident one morning in a snow storm. I hurt by legs pretty good and I still have no feeling in my knees. That sucks! My husband is fine and we are living so I shouldn't complain, but it really changed the way we both see things. We were lucky to have walked away from it.
Let's see...what else should I write about????? How about this...if you wanna know something in particular, you ask and I'll blog! Thanks for listening to my ramblings!

Welcome to SG. Sorry to hear about your accident but my wife and I had a similiar experience. Almost losing someone is a real life altering experience, makes you not worry about the small stuff and appreciate each day.
