One of the main tenet of acting which every first year student should know is:
Explore, Choose, Commit and Highten
An important and essential part as well as being real, be yourself and honesty.
I just started a new exercise program which has the catch phrase of Choose, Commit and Succeed. I feel this is the way to go in life and be honest about who you are and if there needs to be changes put in place then do so. No it's not easy, but the hardest part is being honest with yourself. And no matter what the situation be it work, personal, or whatever, be honest and Explore, Choose, Commit and Highten in everything you do.
This is just a reminder to myself.
