What a great weekend...had my first advanced acting class with a couple of real working actors, Charles Brill and Mitzy McCall. Most people haven't heard of them, but you probably have seen them or at least heard them in cartoons and commercials. I never had aspirations of becoming a "star", but I have always wanted to be a "working actor". They may not be rich or famous, but they are in a career that they love working in and that's really what I am after. They are great people, very down to earth and real.

Got a call from my agent for an audition. The crazy thing is the part was written for a woman, but the client made a special request for me. This is the second time they did that. "They like me, they really like me."

This is the year I get my career rolling and maybe next year I can quit my day job. MAYBE.

I also want to thank everyone on my friends list. Reading your journal entries has helped me alot in ways I just can't verbalize. The emotions both good and bad, the happy and sad, the poems and song lyrics and "AshleyLand", the rantings and just plain old "how y'all doin?" All of these things have given me something that will stay with me forever and help me on my way to my ultimate goal of becoming and Anime Voice character. (I'm just dopey don't 'cha think?)
