today we had to go to the vet because emma kinda walked with a limp an she had to have an injection. i then went to the gym and worked my ass off! gym is not really a fun place to go i think. but it has to be done.

Yes jambalaya is food. It is a Louisana Creole dish. 
Depending on your preference it can be prepared with smoked sausage, chicken or shrimp or all 3 for that matter. It has rice, red or black beans, red and green peppers...and if you are a true Creole lover...a good amount of red pepper and/or chlii powder. And it kick some serious taste bud ass
