Yesterday Bobby and Brandon started disassembling Brandon's Mazda Miada engine in the driveway. They're replacing it, basically.

So I come out onto the deck and see this:



Something doesn't seem quite right.

At roughly 2am this morning Mercie and Murder arrived from the GirlTalk concert in Baltimore. I got up at 7am and made a big breakfast. I think the food went over pretty well. Miraculously I didn't burn anything and my first attempt at a breakfast casserole was fairly successful. Now that I've cooked it I can make variations in the future.

Mercie and Murder are on their way back to Pennsylvania, Bobby and Brandon are working on the Mazda engine, I've gotten most everything cleaned up and back in it's rightful place... what should I do? Play games on the comp? Play with the PS3? Or with my DS?

OH! I didn't really blog about my birthday. Bobby got me a pink DS to play when I'm bored at work:



I've got to work on painting Mercie's room, but I still have to wait for the insurance inspector to come out and give us the OK to work on the walls that may have been affected by the flood.

The cats have the right idea, maybe I'll just take a nap.
