Hai guys,
Thanks for the kindness you sent me yesterday, was a pretty shitty day. Sarraz and I worked a little at the start of the day on stuff that needed to be done then we went over to my parent's place to be with my mum. She's the youngest of 5 and aunty Sue was the next youngest so it was a bit of a shock for her to go, and so quickly too. I guess that's the only real comfort in it: that she went so suddenly with only a couple of day spent in pain. The real stink thing is that her son, my cousin Brendon, has been living in the UK for the past 3 or 4 years with his recent fiance (they're getting married early next year) and although the both of them were out last Xmas, Brendon didn't get to say goodbye to his mum properly. He's going to be pretty cut up about it.
The funeral looks like it's going to be early next week.
