I am sitting in my parked car in a campground at a west coast beach not far from Auckland (Muriwai beach for those of you who know or wish to google) and it's raining. Sarraz and I spent most of the morning listening to the rain fall on the outer skin of our tent but now the rain has subsided to a faint drizzle and we've both decided to brave the day. It's my birthday on Monday, I will be turning 31, I feel old.
