Tis a sad day for me. I had to give up my black denim for the winter today. I felt it was time.
I managed to get to the middle of December with my jacket before making the decision today to switch to the leather bomber, which is a fine jacket, but just not my levi denim. Not enough pockets. The lining tends to ride up uncomfortably on my shoulders. It makes me look silly with my real skinny legs and this bulbous torso. And as nice as leather can be, it just ain't denim. I know that sounds backwards, but just go with me on this one.
Oh well, at least I only have to go with my black denim for only three months or so. I just wish Levi still made the black denim jacket lined with black wool that I had a long time ago. Now that was nice. Sew in a few few openings on the inside and you had your sweet inside pockets and everything. The best they have now is black cord sherpa line. Close, but it just ain't the same.
Truly, a sad, sad day.
On top of that, the sink, toilet and shower drain in my bathroom are all making funny noises...
