It turns out that everything's going to be okay... I spoke with my PD today about how to handle the case. I have decided to plead no contest with explanation. In my explanation I'm presenting evidence: My empty Seroquel bottle with "no refills left" on it, a letter from the pharmacist documenting that they were unable to fill my recent Seroquel prescription because the pills were not in stock, and a letter from my psychiatrist documenting my case as a manic depressive in treatment for ten years plus hospitalization records. My PD says I'll probably be aquitted with this evidence. There's one other thing though... Macy's is trying to sue me for $500 based on Federated Department Store's Civil Recovery code something. I'm refusing to pay the fine because there was no merchandise damaged and everything was recovered. I'll be going to civil court against Macy's and I'm going to present the same evidence there as well. I doubt they're going to want to pursue because it's going to cost them more money to hire an attorney than it would cost me to pay the fine. If they do show up though, I think the evidence should be sufficient that the court will agree with my claim. Anywho... I told Dad and Hunter about it and they're helping me collect my evidence and they're helping me with how to deal with the American legal system. Dad was disappointed in me and Hunter was mad, but everybody's over it now and they're just trying to help me win my case the best way possible. Sooo... Things are good again. I dropped government class though --It was too tedious and I can't concentrate on things like separation of powers at eight in the morning. I still have plenty of other classes though and a lab. So, guess things are peachy in Kikou-land again. I guess that's all. Thank you everyone for being supportive and for leaving me such helpful comments.

Running out is the worst (as you obviously know).
I hope things get better for you.
