Great Leg workout today.. haven't really hit legs in like a month but wanted to make sure the strength was still there.
135# x 10, 225# x 10, 315# x 10, and 275# x 10
I know i'll pay later.. but damn it felt good. also hit the hammies. can't forget about the hamstrings.
