I went to a yoga class last night, on a whim. It was superb. The teacher is a yoga maniac and helped me with some stuff that I forget about shoulders and I even learned a few new poses. It was great because there were only three people so she could pay attention to any sort of special needs. I had few (haha), but this girl behind me almost started crying. I think that's a good thing, crying during yoga. it means you've let go of something really tough in your life, despite the fact that it was only power yoga.
My shoulders hurt today, but I really needed it. i needed to wake up and stretch myself, as I've been a bit lazy lately.
That's no sort of conclusion, but it will have to do.
Deerhoof - Itchy P-Pads
Rage Against the Machine - Ghost of Tom Joad
Sleater Kinney - Milkshake N' Honey
PIL - Public Image
Radiohead - OK Computer (full album)
I have nothing to say, as a 1000 word review about a box set of free jazz and a couple of other things just thrashed me.
