I'm tired.

Once again, I made Thanksgiving dinner.
And once again, I got off work Thursday morning after a full shift and immediately had to start cooking, and spent the entire morning doing so.
And once again, everything went off "without a hitch".
And once again....everyone Loved my cooking.

Next year I won't make so much. I'm exhausted!

The Menu:
Roast Turkey with Lemon & Garlic Butter
Herbed Giblet Gravy
Homemade Cornbread Dressing with Mushrooms
Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Creamy Parmesean Spinach
Saute'ed Yellow Squash & Onions with Cracked Black Pepper
Buttermilk Biscuits
Chocolate-Coconut-Almond Gooey Butter Cake
Cherry Pie and Dutch Apple Pie ala Mode

The Pies, Potatoes, and Biscuits were Frozen purchases, so I just had to heat them.
But I made everything else from Scratch!! (except the Ice Cream, of course)

Next year, I'm getting help Damnit!
