Thursday afternoon, I finally broke down and bought a new vehicle.


My "Old Beater", a Red, Wreck-damaged, '88, Chevy 1/2-ton Pickup, finally let me know that it was time to buy another vehicle, by dropping part of the exhaust onto the pavement.


So I went out and bought a really nice, Green, '98, 4-door, Chevy Blazer LS. It has power-everything, except for the seats.

It was really sharp-looking too.










...notice I said "was".....












Saturday morning, a Deer jumped out in front of me at the last second......

.....and I hit it.....






I have insurance to cover it, but....



....right now I'm so fucking depressed, I just want to curl up into the fetal position and vegetate for a week.....
....at the same time, I'm so angry I want to scream!





Some people at work asked me where my new Blazer was, and I told them what happened.


Most reacted sympathetically or in a shocked manner....

....but one son-of-a-bitch started laughing!





I walked away....but I'm still upset.






I'm tired.
