Once again, I'll be cooking Thanksgiving dinner, or at least the main portion of it, including the Turkey. Ever since my family let me cook one year, and found out that I could cook circles around all of them, I've been designated.
I'm not really complaining. I'd really rather cook the meal myself and actually have it taste good, rather than to have dry turkey, soggy dressing, overcooked green-beans, and a store bought dessert.
It just takes alot of work, which I usually don't mind. But work has been a LIVING HELL here lately!! I work in the grocery buisness, and the holidays are always tough!!
I just hope I can get through it without going berserk. We'll be celebrating on Friday instead of Thursday, as I have to work Tonight and Thanksgiving night as well, and Friday night is the next night I have off.
This is gonna be close. I'll have to do some prep work the next couple of mornings.
At least the Turkey won't be too difficult. I bought a Turkey-Fryer last year, and everybody loved it so-much I'll be doing it that way everytime. It only takes a Turkey about 30 to 40 minutes in a deep-fat-fryer and it comes out delicious. HEHEHEHEHE!!!
Later.
P.S. I realize I said I would'nt be posting for a while. Ok. So! I lied!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! I've been under alot of pressure at work here lately. Just remember to be nice to your grocery store people this holiday everybody. We put up with alot of shit at this time of year.
Late.
