Looks like when disasters hit everywhere but the US, lots of damage and death can be reported by the US media. But when we have our own unprecedented disaster, NO ONE DIES. Or better yet, no one can be shown to have died...

I have to hand it to shrub and his automatons. Any time they get involved in a major disaster (Iraq, Katrina), the US public is *forbidden* to see the human casualties. I guess seeing the truth might make people a little more concerend and not so willing to blindly follow the "official" line that no one DIES. And we can't have that, can we? Might be bad for the republicans.
I wonder if the United States Constitution was ever taught in Texas schools...

Why would you want to see a bunch of dead bodies, is the story of them not enough to hit you, do you have to see the dead people to believe it happened?
The other question is would you like to be that dead body being broadcast, printed, and talked about all so a news program or a newspaper could get more people to like their product more? This just leads into america and how people have become acustom to seeing blood and gore!
