Feeling a little better today. 
I am so excited about getting this house. I really can't wait to sell this one and make it all official. I've loved living here but I have have been wanting a real house forever. No sharing walls, no parking lots, no walking across the neighborhood for mail and trash. I will have a backyard. And, not just a backyard but an acre of property. This house is like 80% of my dream home. The thing is... there are no deed restrictions so, by the time the upgrades are done it will be pretty damn close to my dream house. I've always wanted a huge yard, a house big enough for all my crap and for my dogs but not so big that its a hassle cleaning and keeping it up, and a garage (this house doesn't have one but I am going to put in a carport). I am also going to put in wood floors, a screened patio with a jacuzzi, fencing (a mini dog park), new AC, and new appliances.
After I move in I am also going to get another dog. I'll finally have room for a big dog so I'll be getting a Husky.
The Bucs won. They are 2-0 now.

Sounds like your house is a fixer-upper dream come true. Let me know if you need any manual labor. I'm due for some exercise!
I've replaced my PSP but thats about it. There wasn't to much I could do but bite the bullet and start replacing but you know it's just stuff. I was glad to hear about your new house maybe one day I could come over and cook you breakfast...hehe
