My townhouse is officially up for sale... Now I need to really get into cleaning mode plus get some of my furniture out.

The company listing it thinks there will only be a 2-3week turn around on it. That would be great cause then I wouldn't have to worry about having the money to put down on the new place. The bank doesn't think there will be a problem with getting the new loan so as long as the townhouse sells then everything seems to be a go.
