I have been surrounded by wild fires everyday so far this week while being at work. I am hoping today will not be the same since I am off today and any fires that would break out around me would be close to home. This is getting crazy... I have literally been within 10 miles of a wild fire everyday for the last 6-7 days with the exception of Sunday when I stayed home. We need lots and lots of rain. We might get a little today, hopefully.

Back to school... lots of work. I'll be busy again for the next 6 weeks.

Vacation is coming up soon.

I don't know if you U.S. people have that Jimmy Dean commercial in your area. The one where some guy is the sun and he is making breakfast in various situations... I have a question... His wife... well, um, what kind of woman would it take to marry a guy who either is or thinks he is the sun?? And they have a kid, how does that work? And if he is the sun wouldn't they have a nicer house?? Whatever... I'm just getting tired of those commercials, they are starting to bother me.

Well, so much for no fires around me today. My idiot neighbor decided to have a burn pile in her backyard. WTF!!! Half a dozen counties in FL have huge wildfires. There have been several nearby this week so far alone. They have been on the news every 30mins. What in someones mind would let them think its not a horrible idea to start a fire in their backyard?? My grass is so dry that its almost all dead and it make the sound of crunching plastic when you walk on it. WTF is wrong with people.......
