Update: The puppy has a name... Gormflaith, GorGor for short. and, I know most of you will wonder what the hell that is or where it came from... here ya go: Old Irish gorm "splendid" + flaith "queen, sovereignty"; other sources say it means "blue princess", "blue lady" or "illustrious princess". Popular in Middle Ages, name of many queens, including wife of Brian Boru. Sometimes anglicized as Gormghlaith GOR-em-lee, Gormley, Gormly.
