First of all, thank you very much for all the heartfelt comments on my last blog :) I read them all and loved all the advice! I'm just not very good at responding so I apologize for that. I think I am finally coming out of my funk. I'm feeling a lot more confidant with myself and where my life is going :) I really do think that I owe a lot of that to the awesome advice that you guys give!
Secondly, have you guys seen the new set that the super sweet, amazing and gorgeous Myzaree has up?? Because you should give it a look!
And one of my very best friends, Aerion will have a new set in review in a few months so keep an eye out!!
So...guess who won a costume contest on Saturday night? Dis bitch!
After I had already made the costume they came out with an official one at Spirit -.- aannnddd every website ever was saying to avoid being Miley for Halloween but I must have done something right! Of course, I made the costume rip-able and I tore it off on stage haha. Let's see the Spirit costume do that! :P My tongue seriously hurts from playing Miley all night...How does she do it?
Speaking of Miley, I heard that Alison Jackson (A photographer for Vogue) is searching for a Miley lookalike so if anyone wants to recommend me...:p And in the meantime, you might be seeing a Miley set from me soon...
Lastly, I went to the Orthodontist yesterday for the first time in my life. I walked in thinking that maybe I could improve my smile, hoping to get lingual (behind the teeth braces) and that if they were too expensive that I would just forget about it. I got a slightly different result:
1- I am not a candidate for lingual braces Apparently my teeth are 'too crowded' for them to work for me. My option now is clear braces on top and tradition on bottom. They can't do clear on the bottom because it will chip my teeth I guess. So if the only issue was cosmetic, I would have walked away right then because...I don't want to look 12. No offense to anyone who has braces. They look cute on other people but...on me? Luckily, you can't really see my bottom teeth unless I'm saying something with a long e sound.
2- My dental health depends on braces When I went into the Orthodontist, I had no idea that I would have to worry about anything besides trying to look a little cuter (Just made myself giggle. Kind of quoting Juno lol "It probably looks a little like a sea monkey right now so we should probably wait till it, till it gets a little cuter" I'm so ADD...) Anyway, I guess that the way my teeth are positioned with my bite, it's causing them to chip and wear away at a pace that 'worried them'.
So...The lady writes out the price and the financial plans...The only one that would work for me needs a $3000 deposit and then lower monthly payments after that. If I can get the deposit, I can handle the monthly payments but honestly, I don't think I can save that kind of money. So I made an account on Gofundme.com...
I'm offering tons of different reward levels so take a look! There might be a reward that you would really like to have <3 Any help will be suuupppeeerrr super appreciated!
