I liked this one it has a real throw back feel to another era while still feeling like a modern day movie, Jessica is a rookie cop following in her father's footsteps and for her first job she's given security detail looking after a empty police station that is due for closer, all the phone lines have been rerouted and she's the only person there so she expects a boring night, she starts to feel paranoid after strange things start to happen at first it's the lights turning on and off and furniture moving which she thinks is a prank but then she gets a call from a distressed girl saying she's in danger and going to be killed before she gets cut off, each time the girl calls Jessica's visions get more and more powerful and she learns that the real reason the station is closing is because a group of cultist who worship Paymon the original king of hell committed a suicide pack in one of the cells and have cursed the station, this movie uses a lot of jump scares which is something I don't usually enjoy but in this they work, it has a really claustrophobic and intense feel, and some creepy moments like the dead body wearing a blood covered hood that raises up, the reveal of Paymon is also a cool moment, I think although it's reasonable new it got a few changes and remade as Malum in 2023, it's a fun movie to watch and is a mixture of the John Carpenter classic assault on precinct 13, Hereditary and a little of the Shinning and also reminded me of playing the old silent hill game on PlayStation
