I went to the mall today. I wanted to get a hair cut because it is getting shaggy and unkept. I stopped at the bank and saw an attractive goth looking girl. She must have been new because she was asking the older woman questions on how to get her job done. As I was waiting for a teller to deposit my check, I was getting nervous. An old man in front of me was looking in my direction. I looked down and smiled and turned away. A black woman in her 40s was walking up behind me. We waited in line and her gum chewing was making me nervous. I wanted to leave right then. I stayed strong and deposited my check. I skipped the hair cut because I didn't want to be sitting in the barber's chair with the bib on and laughing. Maybe next week I will not feel so nervous and giddy.
