No, it's not my birthday yet, but the fact that I'm turning 25 in May doesn't seem so cool.
Birthdays used to mean a lot more than they do now. You get older and the presents get less cool. What's up with that? If this were a fair world, you'd get all the crummy gifts as a kid and end up with like a million dollars when you hit 60. That way some people have something to look forward to next year.
I think that's part of why some people lose interest in their own lives. Society just makes getting older seem dull and drab.
Guess that's why I feel the way I do.
