Last night was incredible.
As some of you might now, I work for Full Throttle Wrestling in Illinois as Albert Goldstein: Attorney at Law, an annoying Jewish lawyer who sympathizes with the 'bad guys' of the company.
Well, last night I came out for FTW's interview segment, "Sports Entertainment Tonight", with its host, Chip Leffler. I'm his legal advice in the storyline we've got going on. I took the mic and stated that I was in a neckbrace, due to a piledriver I recieved at the last show in November. I said that I would get my revenge on the perpetrator, a 300+ pound animal known as Scar.
That said, the crowd was pissed off and started "We want Scar!" chants. I was petrified and kept playing up my neck "injury". lol
Later in the night, when Scar had his match with FTW's heavyweight champion, Xavier Frost, I came to ringside. Frost hit a crossbody block and I ran in and pulled the leg of Scar and held on to it, allowing Frost to retain the title. Before I did this, a fan actually reached over the guardrail and grabbed me. I wriggled free and got to do my spot, but these fans in Mascoutah were unreal.
I felt proud of myself for what I accomplished at the show with my character. Wrestling is one of my passions, aside from photography and film making. It's a great way to let off some steam and the reactions you get from people are priceless. You're almost larger than life for a few minutes, until you get back into the real world.
Just thought I'd share that little bit of happiness I'm feeling right now.
Thanks.

And the "new job" isn't really a new job, just a sideline.
