My blogs are therapy too, the ones where I actually vent and say something with meaning of course.

I chalk up the need for constantly needing a connection to immaturity, insecurity, and lack of loving who you are as a person. Everyone wants to feel validated, legitimized, and worth something, but some folks find their validation solely in the pursuit of it. They don't stop to pursue quality relationships.

I think you have the right idea and right perspective on being a good person. Quantity will yield or at least quantify what quality is.

Today has been one of the worst days I've had in quite some time.

I blew it with a girl who actually liked me.

I've had so much rejection in the past eight months since the divorce and someone comes around who likes me and I blow it. I got too excited and talked to her too much.
