You know somthing? Even though I complain about my job sometimes, I actually do love the military here. Our govt is pretty good to us as peace keepers. Why - the worst that I have seen here is due to training accidents. Eventually I will have to go over seas, but for now I love my base and the people I work with

oh yes today i was stuck in the atlanta airport for 7 hours and i was _____that close to sneaking onto a omaha flight because security was lax and the flight was so empty, but my mom caught me

i failed that test the first time i took it. i wouldn't come to a complete stop at a turn, nor did i stop at a railroad track. failed. i DROVE into fort bragg, went to their DMV, took the test and passed. when mine expired last year, i waited nearly 9 months to get it redone. i went in, and the guy made me name some signs off, and then gave me the eye test. i thought i did all right, when he asks if i wear contacts or glasses. i said yes. he says, you might want to get your prescription fixed. sure guy. he tells me to sit over in the front, and then five minutes and 30 dollars (i think it was 30 dollars...30 or 25) i had a brand new license to operate a vehicle in north carolina.
gotta hand it to apathetic bored dmv people.

I think the first time i saw akira was in 89 on a fan sub with subtitles then a buddy of mine got a japanesse LD of it no subtitles or english track but we watched it and drooled
