my new personal hell
Poison Oak, EVERYWHERE!
And i really do mean everywhere, all up and down my arms and legs, my hand, even on my ass. Apparently the bank i climbed up after my accident last week was covered in it.
I itch so bad, i think im loosing my mind!!
Also, my brothers 86 Mercury Lynx.
It has been parked out behind my dads house for going on 2 years now (he has license so cant drive it himself) and was nice enough to sign it over to me so i have something to drive for the time being. However, sitting for that long doesnt do nice things to any car, and this car wasnt nice when we first parked it there. It shakes so badly when it runs I keep waiting for it to completely fall into pieces. The rearview mirror sits in the passanger seat next to me, so if i need to see behind me i can hold it up and look. but thats ok, cause when the car shakes that bad cant really see anything clearly in any of the mirrors anyway. And as i discovered last nite driving down the same back roads where i had my accident last week, and with dusk approaching, the high beams dont work. I mean, the lights work, but the little lever on the wheel that turns them on, well it just wont stay in place. Also, when i turn it off and take the key out something under the hood continues to run. I dont think that should happen.
Anyway, thanks everyone for your nice comments last week. Ive been pretty busy wiht the aftermath of it all, having to move up my plans to move in with my mum since i more or less dont have transportation of my own. I will have to quit my current job and get something near mum sooner than planned so i can start riding with her as much as possible and stop braving the Mercury Death Trap. So lots of work to do and calls to make over the next couple weeks. Too bad i mostly just want to sleep right now and recoop.
BUt things are definetly starting to look up!
