So I've just recently finished another 12 week challenge with my PT and a group of people she trains. This time around it was a really hard challenge as the first 6 weeks of it were spent in America on holiday, camping across the country and not having the access to healthy food and gym equipment.
I struggled hard.
I came back home and for the first few weeks was absolutely crushing the second half of the challenge. I managed to only put on 800grams while in America (a pretty solid effort if I do say so myself) As the weeks went on and with it peaking up to Christmas and stress levels rising I began to slip. I also had an extremely intense event happen 2 weeks before the end of this challenge and witnessed and had to help pull apart a pit bull dog viciously tearing at a small jackrussel dogs throat. I was so traumatized from that experience that I ate terribly for a week and completely threw my diet out.
The last week of the challenge (last week) was a good one though and at the end of it, after I had my final weigh in and measurements taken, I got to take a few photos. I lost another kg and a few cm off my waist.
Although I didn't reach my overall goal of dropping 5kg, I'm still proud of myself for everything I did achieve.
Here's some of my inspirational photos to help push me through summer and strive to reach my goals!
