So if you follow my Instagram you will most likely have just been spammed over the weekend with lots of fitness posts and end of a challenge celebrations!
I've been in a winter fitness challenge for about 10 weeks and although I didn't reach my goal I still managed to shed 5cm off my waist and put on a couple hundred grams of muscle!
I've always been a pretty curvy girl and ever since I picked up a barbell and started training weights, my body has changed in ways I never though it would. I'm stronger than I've ever been and I cannot wait for the next challenge and chapter in my journey to begin!
