Flashback to 2014 when my family spent our last ever Valentine's Day with Farmer George 💕 With that day coming up again I feel it so important to show the ones who taught us such unconditional love how much they matter. I get told a lot I have a big heart and it wouldn't have been as big as it is without my grandparents in my life. Make everyday special and spoil your loved ones, friends and family alike and cherish those moments because you may not know if it will be your last.
