This weeks blog homework was a fun one to write about. @lyxzen asked us the question: What would you like to accomplish in the next year?
I fear I cannot write about what I wish to accomplish this year without touching on what I accomplished last year and how those experiences have pushed me to strive even further this year!
In January 2014 I had my very first photoshoot with @Puffin which marked the beginning of my Suicide Girls Journey. My set got uploaded and accepted onto the site on May 29th which was an amazing way to wake up on my birthday :)
Talk about awesome birthday presents!
Blue Monday can be found: HERE
Very much like last year I started off this year with another shoot with @Puffin at the Sydney Shootfest! I've been on the site for nearly 1 year now and have made some amazing new friends and have been welcomed into the community with open arms. A massive shout out and thank you to each and everyone of you for being so kind and welcoming! Your comments and love on my page and sets has been outstanding!

My SG journey in many ways feels like it has only just begun and this year I hope to take it even further. A few weeks ago I was featured on the official Suicide Girls facebook page with the set I shot with @exkyu which can be found HERE
For me to be featured on the FB page was a huge thing and I was so excited and ecstatic at the response and such kind words from everyone.... minus a few strange ones haha
This set was such fun to shoot with the amazing help of @countessa a lot of smiles were had that day. Looking forward to working together again in the future!
I'm going to be participating in another Shootfest which is to take place in Brisbane at the end of the month where I'll be shooting with Lizzieskylass and @frankndame so stay tuned for some behind the scenes sneaky peaks and blogs! Don't forget to follow me on instagram and the Suicide Girls Australia page because there will be LOTS going on!
Joining SG has been a massive motivator for something else very personal to me.
My fitness journey.
I started this journey a little over 2 years ago now and have come an extremely long way. Though the photos below show a massive amount of difference in my body size, on the scales I am showing only 4-5kg lighter than when I started. Using scales as an indicator for weight loss is a terrible idea!
This goes to show that my weight training and PT sessions are paying off and by gaining more muscle/weight I'm making myself fitter and more lean.
Photo left: 73-75kg. Photo Right: 69-70kg
This year I hope to lean myself up even more! It's only slimmer and stronger from here on out guys! If anyone has some awesome workouts or fitness app's that they know of that are killer, share them my way!
In September 2014 I completed a lifelong dream of mine to travel abroad overseas to Africa! I was there for a little over two weeks and had the most amazing time of my life. I had some life changing experiences which i will never forget! If you want to know what I got up to while I was over there, plus see some killer photos check out my blog HERE: AFRICA BLOG Seriously it is without a doubt my most detailed blog ever!
Go and read it!!
I trekked Gorillas in the wild, went white water rafting on the River Nile, volunteered at a local preschool AND saw a number of the Big 5!
This year I'm furthering another wish of mine to travel more! In June I'm coming to Europe!! 13 countries in 26 days!! It's going to be a big one! I'll be in London for a few days and I'd love to hear if anyone's got some definite must see places to visit?
My last wish this year for what I want to accomplish is to start my next set of ink. I'm getting some LOTR thigh pieces drawn up.
That's right, I'm getting Lord Of The Rings ink! :)
In summary this years wishes are to:
1. Shoot more with SG
2. Slim down and train harder
3. Travel more of the world!!
4. Get some fresh new ink.
