I mean this from the bottom of my heart ~ @kettle n @sirenn ~ Lavender is what inspired me more than anything to start writing T4P ~ to know that this special special set went FP ~ meant that you were both Pink! ~ I think its one of @frankndame's best shoots ever ~ its soo good ~ I don't think anyone could look at it before you were both Pink and not feel in their heart that it was meant to be ~ much love Beautifullls ❤️

So if you've been following my blogs over the last 6 months you will have seen that I suffered a back injury at the beginning of the year. While I didn't do anything massive like slipping (herniating) a disc; which surgery is needed for, I did have two bulging ones.

@shotokanjo27 I stand all day for work and alternate between wearing flats, but this year have switched to wearing sneakers and then when i'm home I sit down all evening because my feet hurt haha. So it's the worst of both worlds I suppose. I've been back at the gym over the last few weeks trying to build up strength and i definitely don't like cold stretching, preferring a solid stretch after I've already trained while my muscles are actually warm. I don't do any foam rolling, BUT I do have a trigger point ball that I  use which is AMAZING. Thanks for your help! It's been slow goings.

I am on a spinal decompression table as i write this. Herniated and bulging disc suffered back in September and still not 100%. I was mosdiagnosed 3 times in the first 2 weeks while in excruciating pain.

I just got sent the first preview and wowzers has @dollyd done a fantastic job!

I've been wanting to shoot a Bettie Page themed set for a while and was having a bit of difficulty figuring out which look I wanted to replicate.
